Premier Support

Return Policy -- If you haven't got ordered product from us, we commit to refund unconditionally. What you need to do is sending an email to us for returning the product. We also hope you will inform us of your reasons for refund so that we can optimize our services in the future.

If you want to return the product you have received, follow steps below.
  • The product to be returned is within the required time limitation for refund (45 days from the date of purchase).
  • You should destroy the purchased product entirely before send us an email for refund.
  • Print the KeepAutomation Return Agreement that we send to you and fill out all required information.
  • Sign the Agreement and email the scanned one to us.
  • We will deal with the refund requirement if all of the above steps are done correctly.

  • Offer free email support for purchased products for 60 days.
  • Supply costless email support for technical and operation questions about our product.
  • Provide free email support for price inquiry and license grant.
  • Give free email support for receiving your feedback on our products or website.
Software Upgrade

On condition that the purchased product is within the time limitation of software upgrade (30/60/90 days based on the license you have purchased), we will send you the upgraded version free of charge.

If the purchased product exceeds the time limitation of software upgrade, we will charge 25% of current price of your purchased license from you.

Free Evaluation Version Download Support
We offer free evaluation version download support online. You are free to download any evaluation version for testing purposes and the evaluation version can be used for an unlimited period of time. As barcodes generated with our free evaluation version will include a "KA Barcode" watermark, the evaluation version cannot be used for commercial applications.
