EAN-13 Image Setting in KA.Barcode for Word
Preparations:
1.
Download KA.Barcode for Word and unzip
2.
Navigate to .exe and install the file
3.
Reopen Microsoft Word and select the Add-Ins Tab on the panel button
4.
Choose "EAN-13" in the "Barcode Type"
5.
Write down data to encoded - "012345678901" in "Encode Data"
6.
Click "OK", then an EAN-13 barcode image occurs in Word
Add Supplementary Barcode Image for EAN-13 Barcode
Barcode Type (Default: Code 128): change barcode types for generate different barcodes.
Supplement Data (Default: ""): encode EAN-2 or EAN-5 supplementary images for EAN-13 barcodes.
1.
Choose "EAN-13"Sup2 in the "Barcode Type"
2.
Select "Linear" tab and set "Supplement Data" to "12"
3.
Click "OK", then an EAN-13 barcode image with EAN-2 image add-on occurs in Word
Display EAN-13 Human-readable Text
Show Barcode Text (Default: "false): active "Show Barcode Text" to display human-readable text under EAN-13 symbol.
Text Margin (Default: 6): adjust the space between human-readable text and EAN-13 symbol.
Text Font (Default: Agency FB, Regular, 9): customize human-readable text font, font size, and effects.
Text Color (Default: Black): colorize human-readable text.

Select "Linear" tab and enable "Show Barcode Text"

Set "Text Font" to "Agency FB", "Bold", "10", and set "Text Margin" to "12"

Set "Text Color" to "Purple"

Adjust EAN-13 Barcode Image format
Image Format (Default: Gif): draw and save EAN-13 barcode image into various image format, lik GIF, TIFF, JPEG/JPG, BMP, PNG.
