When all the information is filled out, proceed to register the response and you are redirected to the Response Management page, which lists all the responses that you have registered Please note that a newly registered response does not go into effect immediately, but rather goes through an approval process that takes a few days to process The Response Management page also allows you to manage all the responses that have been created You can view the responses in detail, make changes, and delete individual responses that are no longer applicable How will this response be presented to the user The next time a user experiences a failure that has a response associated with it, she will see the dialog illustrated in Figure 8-24 If the user clicks the Close Program button, a notification area balloon tip is displayed notifying them that a solution exists for the problem encountered An example is shown in Figure 8-25 Furthermore, if the notification area is clicked, Windows brings up the Problem Reports and Solutions dialog with the solution text, as shown in Figure 8-26
