RM4SCC Barcode Introduction
RM4SCC is also known as CBC (Customer Bar Code), RM4SCC, RoyalMail4SCC, British Royal Mail 4-State Customer Code and Royal Mail Barcode. It was developed to be used by the Royal Mail. Nowadays, it is also applied by the British Postal Service to encode the postcode and delivery point identifier on letter mail at high speed.
RM4SCC is able to encode:
  • Numeric Digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
  • Upper-case alphabets A-Z
  • Open and close brackets ( ) or [ ] (Used as start or stop bars)

    Switch to the add-in tab to activate the barcode setting dialog
